Ordered on Monday morning. Tuesday I saw my credit card was charged for collar. No email confirmation ! Wednesday I emailed them asking if they received my order since I didn’t get any email confirmation. Here it is Saturday. NO collar and NO reply to my email ! Did I get ripped off ? Should I call my credit card company to report a theft ?
