-Pet Experts, Inc. accept returns of items purchased on SecretPowersCollar.com that are unused and in new condition.  We do not offer exchanges.

-If you purchased a collar from a wholesaler please contact them directly.

-Returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase and will be refunded in full, minus shipping fees.

-If you received free shipping and return the entire order, there will be a $5.00 restocking fee.

-Returns are not accepted after 30 days.  

-Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for website orders.  

-If you received the wrong product or there is a quality issue, we will provide a free return shipping label.  

-PLEASE measure your dog carefully to ensure the correct size is ordered!

-Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
